Can I use a coupon code, and what if I forget to add one?

We love offering discounts from time to time, but there are a few important things to know before using a coupon code at checkout.

Coupon Codes Must Be Entered at Checkout

Unfortunately, we cannot apply a coupon after your order has been submitted.

If you forget to enter your code, we are not able to refund the discount or adjust your total afterward.

Please make sure your coupon is entered and showing correctly before completing your purchase.

Tips for Entering Your Code

Double check for extra spaces when copying and pasting your code — even a space can prevent it from working.
Make sure the code hasn’t expired and that your cart meets the terms of the offer.

Coupons Only Apply to Regular Priced Items

Coupon codes are valid on regular priced items only. If your cart includes both full-price and sale items, the discount will only apply to the full-price portion.

Coupons do not apply to:

Sale or Last Chance items
Orders during sitewide promotions (e.g. Black Friday)
Bulk orders (these have special bulk discount codes)
Custom orders (custom pricing is set separately and coupons are not valid)

Coupons Are Disabled During Sitewide Sales

During major sales, coupon codes are automatically disabled and cannot be used in addition to sale pricing.

If a system glitch allows a code to apply to a sale item, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order to reflect accurate pricing.
