Visual Proof Approval AgreementUpdated 25 days ago

Before placing your order, you are required to approve a visual proof. This approval is final and confirms that the layout, spelling, and formatting are exactly how you want your item to appear.

Your approved visual proof is the file used to produce your item.

We do not use your typed input or order notes to make edits after approval. What you see is what we print.

By submitting your order, you agree to the following:

  • I have reviewed and approved my visual proof.

  • I understand that no changes can be made once the order is placed.

  • I understand that if the visual proof shows text cut off, misaligned, or misspelled, and I approved it, the item will be printed as shown.

  • I understand that no refunds or replacements will be offered for errors shown in the approved proof.

Common Issues to Double-Check Before Approval:

  • Spelling of names or phrases

  • Text is not cut off or too long

  • Layout and formatting look correct

  • Everything I want is visible in the proof

What Counts as the Visual Proof

Below is an example of what does and does not count as your proof:

Approved Visual Proof - This IS a visual proof

Order Input or Checkout Text - This IS NOT a visual proof

It does not matter what you type into those inputs if it does not show up on the picture of your item it will NOT print.

If you have questions about your proof before placing the order, please reach out before submitting. Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be changed.
