No! Once your order is submitted, no changes, edits, or cancellations can be made — at any point — for any reason.
Our system is automated, and the production process begins immediately after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to make exceptions.

During personalization, you are required to approve your visual proof and acknowledge that once submitted, your order is final.
This information is clearly stated in the Visual Proof Approval section, on the product page.
What you see on your proof is exactly what will print. If you do not see it on the proof, it will not be on your final item.
