Physical Products
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
Because these products are custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged during shipping or an error was made on our part.
If a personalized item is reported as incorrect but matches the approved visual proof, a refund or replacement will not be issued.
All personalized orders require proof approval prior to purchase, and we produce the item exactly as approved.
If a personalized item qualifies for a remake, it will be remade exactly as originally ordered.
No changes, edits, or revisions can be made to the remake under any circumstance.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, but must be returned at the customer’s expense. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
A Few Important Notes:
Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences. These do not qualify as defects and do not impact the use or quality of the product.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right — but you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued without photo documentation.
Verify your shipping address before checking out. Refunds and reshipments will not be granted for orders with an incorrectly entered address.
Digital Products
We do not allow refunds or returns on digital products.
