We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $75 and over after discounts are added.

This means that the subtotal should be $75 or over even after discounts have been added to receive the free shipping.

For example:

If you your subtotal is $100 and you use a coupon for 50% off now your subtotal is $50.  You now don't qualify for free shipping because your after coupon subtotal is $50.
