We understand that you are excited to get your items and want to set realistic expectations with you. Because of this you will always find the current processing time at the top of our site.
This how long your order will take to be made. If you email requesting an order status during our stated processing time you will be reminded of the current processing time.
We ask that you refrain from order status request during the stated processing time as this can cause a delay in all orders.
As a single person business stopping to answer emails during the processing time slows the processing down.
Once your order ships you will get an email automatically. So if you haven't received an email with your tracking then your order is still being processed.
If it has now gone past your processing time please check your SPAM to see if the tracking # was sent there by mistake.
If you don't see it you can always return to our site and using our chat feature enter in your email and your tracking can be provided that way if your order has in fact shipped.
