What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address or my order gets returned?Updated 25 days ago

If your order HAS NOT shipped yet, please reach out to us immediately — we may be able to update the address before it goes out.

We understand that mistakes happen. However, we do not offer refunds or free reshipments for orders sent to incorrect addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If your order has already shipped:

You have two options:

1. Contact USPS to try intercepting the package before it’s delivered or to request pickup from your local post office.

2. If the address is invalid and the package is returned to us, you may:Request the order to be reshipped to the correct address.

   • Pay for a new shipping label (at the current shipping rate) to have it resent.

   Returned packages will not be reshipped until the new shipping cost is paid.
