We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive exactly as expected — we’re here to help.
If something is missing, damaged, or appears incorrect, please email us right away with your order number and a description of the issue.
For damaged or incorrect items, you must submit clear photos of both the item and the packaging. This is required before we can process a replacement or refund.
Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can address the issue promptly.
A Note About Personalized Items
Before placing your order, you are required to review and approve a visual proof that shows exactly how your personalized item will be printed. What you see on your proof is what you will receive — no changes are made after approval.
If the item you receive matches the approved proof, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement, even if feel the personalization looks incorrect once delivered.
Example:
If the text you entered is too long and appears cut off in the visual proof — and you approved it anyway — the final printed item will also have the cut-off text. In that case, no refund or replacement will be issued because the order matches the approved visual proof.

before completing your order. Once submitted, the design is final.
About Color Variation
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings, brightness, and device calibration. These slight differences are common and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
We work hard to ensure all printed products are vibrant and accurate, but digital previews are not exact color guarantees.
