What's the difference between shipping and production/processing time?Updated a month ago

This is one of the most common questions we get — and it's an important one!

Processing (or Production) Time

This is the time it takes us to make your order before it ships.
Because most of our products are handmade and made to order, processing time includes:

  • Printing

  • Cutting

  • Assembly

  • Quality check

  • Packaging

Our current processing time is always posted at the top of the website so you know what to expect before ordering.

Please remember this is a single person business that means production time may be longer than stores that mass produce products or have large teams.

Shipping Time

This is the time it takes for the carrier (like USPS or UPS) to deliver your package once it leaves our hands.

Shipping time is based on the method you choose at checkout (e.g., First-Class, Priority).
Choosing a faster shipping option does not speed up processing time.

Example:

If our processing time is 14 business days and you select 2-day shipping, here’s what that means:

  • Your order will be made and shipped within 14 business days

  • Then USPS will deliver it in 2 business days

So your total wait time will be approximately 16 business days.

Remember you can always check the status of your order on the Order Status Page.
