You don’t need to email us to check the status of your order. You can get updates directly from our website at any time:

  • Visit our Order Status Page

  • Or use the chat feature on our site and enter your email address to retrieve tracking

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, it’s still in processing — which means your item is still being made.

When Will My Order Ship?

The current processing time (how long it takes to make your order) is always listed at the top of our website. Please refer to that estimate before reaching out — it’s the most accurate timeline.

If you email us during the active processing window, we will kindly refer you back to that timeframe.

Because this is a single-person business, stopping to respond to order status requests slows down production for everyone — so we appreciate your patience.

What Happens After My Order Ships?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automatic email with tracking information.

If you haven’t received tracking and you’re still within the processing window, your order is still in production and has not yet shipped.

If it’s past the processing time:

  • Check your spam folder — sometimes tracking emails get filtered

  • Use the chat tool or order lookup page to check manually

What if there’s a delay?
