Why is my order taking so long?Updated a month ago
We totally understand how exciting it is to receive your order — and how frustrating it can feel when it takes longer than expected. Here’s what to know about our processing and shipping times:
Processing Time = Making Your Order
Processing time refers to how long it takes to create your item before it ships. Most of our products are handmade and made to order by a single person — that’s why we take a little longer than big-box stores.
The current processing time is always listed at the top of our website and visible on every product page.
On average, our regular processing time is 14 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
What About During Sales or Holidays?
If you ordered during a major sale (like Black Friday) or around a holiday, processing times may be extended due to a surge in orders. During these times, you can expect:
A processing window of 2 to 2.5 business weeks
Delays that reflect the increased volume — not slower service
We kindly ask that you only inquire about your order if it has passed the full estimated processing window. This helps us stay focused on getting orders out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time = Delivery Time
Shipping time starts after your order is made and handed off to USPS.
Shipping time is determined by the method you choose at checkout.
Choosing Priority or faster shipping does not speed up the production/processing time.
For example:
If processing is 14 business days and you select 2-day shipping, your total wait time is around 16 business days.
Thanks so much for your patience while we handcraft your order — we promise it’s worth the wait!
